Condominiums Complex Water Infiltration Investigation
Indianapolis, Indiana
American Structurepoint was retained to investigate reported water infiltration in numerous locations throughout a 4-story downtown condominium building. Our evaluation of the building determined multiple points of water entry into the building due to several design and construction-related defects. Our structural engineers prepared a detailed written report of the results of our investigation, which was used as the basis of litigation against the responsible parties and resulted in a favorable outcome for the condominium owners and a restoration of the building.
