Bailey Williams, PE
Project Engineer
Bailey performs structural investigations for residential, commercial, and hotel/resort structures. He has completed condition assessments, storm damage assessments, and forensic building investigations for a wide range of issues, ranging from existing structural deficiencies to moisture intrusion. His work often includes recommending repair designs. Bailey’s technical capabilities include AutoCAD and TurboCAD, as well as experience with various design software (TEDDs, EnerCalc, RAM/Bentley, WoodWorks).
