Charles Gasser, PE, SE

Charles has applied his expertise in multiple areas of structural engineering, including moveable bridge and historic building rehabilitation, new building design, construction administration, and forensic investigations. Charles' building structural experience includes commercial, industrial, educational, municipal, congregational, and residential design, as well as inspection of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures. Forensic experience includes origin and cause investigations, structural condition assessments, and storm damage inspections. With respect to investigative work, he is responsible for identifying and assessing structural component failures and strength deteriorations and determining effective remedies. Charles is also responsible for providing efficient and cost-effective structural building designs for a variety of consulting clients, both public and private.
