Mike McBride is vice president of Indiana sales and a partner in our firm. Mike is responsible for executive leadership, development and growth of our Indiana public sales operation. And grow it he has - annual sales have increased by 50 percent since his arrival.
Mike began his career in 1994 in construction management, moved into transportation design, and then served for 13 years as the City of Carmel, Indiana's city engineer. He is experienced in all aspects of municipal engineering, with vast knowledge in transportation and public administration. Mike’s primary function is to use his unique experience to help our clients recognize opportunities, provide the necessary knowledge base to visualize an optimal outcome, and then overcome the complexities of a project, whether its intricacies include funding, constructability, public awareness and acceptance, leveraging of private partnerships, or all of the above. Mike has specialized experience in transportation, roundabout design, traffic, stormwater management, public policy, public presentation and outreach, sustainability, infrastructure funding, tax increment financing, right-of-way acquisition, utility coordination, capital improvement program management, and municipal budgets.
