Ryan Wagner, PE, SE

Ryan has structural and forensic experience with the design, investigation, and restoration of buildings and similar structures. His structural expertise spans all major construction materials, including steel, concrete, post-tensioned concrete, wood, and masonry. His consulting projects have served clients in the municipal, residential, retail, commercial, religious, higher education, industrial, transportation, and healthcare sectors. Ryan has developed expert structural plans and specifications, and performed construction observation for new structures, renovations, and adaptive re-use projects; written property condition assessments; created repair documents; and made demolition recommendations for clients nationwide. He also has specialized experience in strengthening weak-story wood structures located in high seismic zones, as well as strengthening and waterproofing deteriorated concrete structures.
