American Structurepoint Business Development Director Carrie Sermersheim Receives Indy’s Best and Brightest Award

American Structurepoint Business Development Director Carrie Sermersheim has been honored as the 2025 Indy's Best and Brightest Award winner from among 10 finalists in the real estate, development, and construction category.

Sermersheim was celebrated at an awards gala held on Wednesday, April 23, at the Fishers Event Center. The Indy's Best and Brightest event, presented by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana, annually honors 100 of Indianapolis’ most outstanding young professionals in ten industries. This award recognizes Sermersheim’s leadership, professional achievements, and community involvement.

Sermersheim joined American Structurepoint in 2016. In her role with the American Structurepoint Architecture + Interiors Group, she collaborates with design teams to deliver transformative public safety, education, and multifamily projects. Carrie excels at building strategic teams and managing client relationships and stakeholder needs, successfully delivering complex projects across Indiana that enhance the quality of life for communities and their residents.

Sermersheim is also actively involved in professional and community organizations that focus on advancing and mentoring women through growth, education, and empowerment. She volunteers with Girls Inc. of Central Indiana, the Women’s Fund of Central Indiana, and the Pass the Torch for Women Foundation. Sermersheim is a nine-year member of IndyCrew, a professional organization that seeks to advance women in the Greater Indianapolis real estate industry. She is the organization’s 2025 president-elect and will serve as IndyCREW president in 2026.
