American Structurepoint Projects Receive Three ACEC Indiana Awards

The annual award program recognizes engineering achievements that demonstrate a high degree of merit and ingenuity. Read on for details about each project.
- South Bend Smart Street Initiative - Merit Award. This multi-year project converted two arterials through downtown South Bend, Indiana, from one-way to two-way roadways and included streetscape improvements, three new roundabouts and off-street bike facilities. American Structurepoint provided road, traffic and construction solution services.
- Nebo-Jackson Roundabout – Merit Award. This project reconstructed a four-way, stop-controlled intersection with a modern roundabout. The project also included a multi-use pathway, street lighting, central island hardscape landscaping, wetland mitigation and storm water construction. American Structurepoint provided road, traffic, land survey, landscape architecture, environmental, and construction solutions services.
- BlueSky Technology Partners Headquarters – State Finalist. American Structurepoint provided architecture, interior design, structural engineering, civil engineering, project management and site selection support services for this 4-story, 42,000-sft mixed-use headquarters in Noblesville that also includes a 6,000-sft Bru Burger Bar restaurant with outdoor dining on the ground level.
