American Structurepoint welcomes Bill McCuen, LEED AP, to our Architecture + Interiors Group as a senior designer. Bill brings over 35 years of national and international experience to our architecture studio and has planned, designed and managed numerous projects nationwide with an emphasis on higher education.

Bill thrives on projects that transform communities, whether he’s designing schools in the Middle East, an academic building in the Midwest or master planning a riverfront in a South Carolina town. He focuses on delivering contextually sensitive, sustainable designs that strive to exceed clients’ expectations.

His impressive resume includes leading large multicultural teams designing schools and campuses for United Nations missions in the Middle East and Somalia. His international work also includes projects in China, Yemen, Lithuania and Russia. Bill’s national projects include leading design teams and master planning efforts for multiple higher education projects throughout the country. Bill holds a master’s degree in architecture with an emphasis in urban design from Washington University and has participated in continuing education classes at Harvard University.
