American Structurepoint welcomes Gene McDonald, AIA, to our firm’s Architecture + Interiors Group as Principal of National Growth. Gene will be responsible for the group’s strategic growth by fostering national partnerships and collaborating with top industry leaders.

Gene brings over 25 years of experience to American Structurepoint. He is a nationally recognized industry leader, dedicated to delivering sustainability, innovation, and design excellence in the multifamily, higher education, and healthcare sectors.

As our company continues to grow, we have the opportunity to expand our services nationally. Gene will position American Structurepoint as a leader in both new and existing markets by using his experience with larger projects and identifying key areas where our strengths can fuel growth.”

Gene is active in industry organizations, including the American Institute of Architects, the Urban Land Institute, the Society for College and University Planning, and the Association of College and University Housing Officers. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Kentucky.
