Meridian Design Build has recently finished the construction of a state-of-the-art cold storage and distribution facility in Anderson, Indiana. Developed by Scannell Properties and commissioned by Corteva Agriscience, this 300,000-sft building is now the largest warehouse and distribution center for Corteva in North America.

Situated on a spacious 30-acre site at 4210 W. 67th Street, the new facility boasts advanced features such as refrigerated/humidity-controlled cold storage spanning over 100,000 sft. Additionally, there is an adjacent dry storage area that can be easily accessed through high-speed roll-up doors. The building also includes essential amenities like storm shelters along with 25 loading docks, 2 drive-in doors, and office space measuring around 4,000 sft.
