This project included the renovation of an existing facility in support of the Space Development Agency and other USAF/USSF priorities. Project scope required minor demolition and replacement mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm systems, suspended ceilings in office areas, and interior walls. Services included architecture and interior design. This project was delivered using the design/build delivery methodology, with 30% schematic design delivered to begin construction.
