Illinois National Guard IDIQ Task Order 1: Camp Lincoln Master Plan

American Structurepoint’s architects and civil engineers, as a subconsultant to Architura Corporation, are providing planning, engineering and design services to create an overall master plan for Camp Lincoln in Springfield, Illinois, and provided quality management/review services. Services include a parametric cost estimate for the reorganization and streamlining of space usage. The document included suggestions and recommendations for adaptive reuse of the existing Joint Force Headquarters building under both a short-term and long-term scenario; identifying expansion opportunities for real property, parking, and support facilities for future rehabilitation or replacement; floodplain development; bridge analysis; outdoor recreation amenities analysis; and the feasibility of developing a museum complex.
