Kirtland Air Force Base Building 402
Albuquerque, New Mexico
The project included renovations within Building 402 at Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico with our design-build partner Jack Wayte Construction. The primary purpose of this renovation is to provide interior modifications within the existing facility to facilitate continued growth of secure space in support of existing and future missions. This included the modification of existing construction and penetrations as well as new construction in accordance with government regulations and requirements. American Structurepoint provided the architecture, interior design, and structural engineering services. In total, the project altered/renovated approximately 7,000 sft to meet the design standards as outlined by the government requirements.
