This project is for the design and construction of a 979-sft building to support the installation’s military working dog unit. The facility consists of four kennels, outside dog runs, an obstacle course area, break area, exercise area, and obedience course area. Our architectural services included providing full design-build drawings and specifications that consisted of 35%, 95%, and 100% drawings and specifications; submittal review and approvals, and a design schedule to the construction contractor. Closeout documents and as-built drawings were also provided. American Structurepoint also provided civil engineering and structural engineering services for the project.
