Ryan Cross, PE

Ryan is a vice president leading our Construction Solutions Group and a partner in our firm. Ryan is responsible for the executive leadership, development, and geographical expansion of the practice. Ryan joined American Structurepoint in 2002 as a construction engineer and advanced through the ranks to his current position as vice president and partner. Ryan is experienced in managing and providing strategic direction to multiple types of road, bridge, sewer, water main, wastewater treatment, and site development construction projects in the public and private sector.

In 2020, Ryan was named a finalist for Indy's Best and Brightest, a distinction that honors top young professionals making their mark in the metropolitan Indianapolis area.

Under Ryan’s leadership, the Construction Solutions Group has grown to offer one of the Midwest’s largest full-time staff of construction managers, engineers, and inspectors. He also assists with infrastructure planning, project scoping, and constructability review as well as ensuring that over 2,000 hours are dedicated annually to training our certified construction staff in new technology, regulations, and the best methods for providing construction solutions for our clients.
