Indiana National Guard Hamilton County Readiness Center
Hamilton County, Indiana
American Structurepoint’s award-winning team of architects and engineers are dedicated to improving quality of life. Our commitment to turning our clients’ vision into reality is evident in the new Indiana National Guard Hamilton County Readiness Center, which broke ground in October 2023 and is scheduled to open in 2025.
The Indiana National Guard needed a new training facility that was functional, aesthetically pleasing, and secure. American Structurepoint is providing architecture, interior design, civil engineering, landscape architecture, survey, structural engineering, utility infrastructure, and environmental services to bring the 66,000-square-foot building to life while protecting the natural beauty of the 55-acre site in Hamilton County.
The center will accommodate training for up to 294 soldiers and will support the Indiana National Guard’s administrative, training, communication, and logistical needs. The center will include instruction and assembly areas, food preparation and dining, parking areas, and offices.
Well-formed and sustainability-focused, the facility will attain LEED Silver certification through concepts like day-lit interiors, natural materials, advanced HVAC controls and restoration of Indiana native ecosystems. LEED-certified buildings use less energy and water, create less waste, and have lower operating costs. By blending form and function, our team is creating a robust campus that will attract and retain members of the Indiana National Guard.
American Structurepoint is honored to assist this important work by reflecting the site’s idyllic features in spaces that provide these devoted men and women with the support they deserve.
