Pendleton Correctional Facility Assessment

This property condition project involved an on-site facility assessment of 43 mission-critical buildings and their surrounding grounds located on four campuses. The building area was 1.7 million sft. Each building's roofing, façade, doors, windows, structural integrity, interior finishes, and life safety systems were identified and evaluated. Items in need of repair were identified and prioritized to develop a 10-year capital expenditure budget program for the Indiana Finance Authority. Our engineering firm’s report identified $15.8 million in projects over a 10-year period.
