City of Goshen Housing Study

We fully believe that client participation during every step of the planning process is key to creating a successful plan. While conducting a housing study for the City of Goshen, we made every effort to promote collaboration and keep ourselves from working in a vacuum. Our team met multiple times with the city and the landowner of the specific area affected by the study to make sure that we were aware of all relevant information and that the findings of the study reflected Goshen’s needs. We documented our research on the demand and market, provided projections for the city, and documented potential development site conceptual plans. There were numerous stakeholders involved that all had varying opinions on how to move forward with the study. By involving all relevant parties, we made sure there were no surprises, and everyone was happy with the results.
