David Mohler, a vice president and practice leader in charge of utility infrastructure and environmental services at the Indianapolis-based A/E firm American Structurepoint, has been named a new partner of the company.

Since joining the firm, Mohler, a LEED-accredited engineer with 14 years of experience, has led the charge of expanding the Utility Infrastructure and Environmental Service Groups by focusing on expanding the group’s reach on planning, design and consulting services for water, sanitary sewer, stormwater and gas utilities. Besides offering traditional services, this includes guidance on administrative issues, operation and maintenance concerns, and funding options for public and private utilities. In addition, he's been collaborating more with the firm's structural engineers, architects and other departments on projects requiring a multi-discipline approach.
