Fourth Annual Holiday Raffle Mania Fundraiser

CorporateNov 27, 2012

Employee-driven philanthropic efforts by architecture and engineering consulting firm American Structurepoint have moved beyond the Thanksgiving and Christmas season into what is now a year-round practice. To support the growing needs of the community, the firm’s Community Service Committee is looking for additional support from local Indiana businesses and residents, requesting donations of gift cards and gift baskets toward its annual Holiday Raffle/Silent Auction, to be held on Friday, December 14. All proceeds received from the raffle ticket sales go towards helping out the Indiana community this holiday season.

For more than 25 years, American Structurepoint’s holiday service projects have supported the communities where its over 275 employees live and work, by volunteering time and making donations to those in need. Employees’ donations and a match from the company combined for a grand total of $30,445, making 2011 one of the most successful seasons for the holiday service projects to date. Overall, the company contributed to 36 different projects supporting students, families, the hungry, the homeless, elderly, special needs individuals, veterans, and military families.

American Structurepoint strives to exceed expectations through our vision, creativity, enthusiasm, responsiveness, and dedication to quality.

While the holiday service projects have had a significant impact on local communities, people are hungry and need shelter/aid all year. To better meet these needs and increase the effect of its efforts, American Structurepoint has transitioned to year-round giving.

“American Structurepoint strives to exceed expectations through our vision, creativity, enthusiasm, responsiveness, and dedication to quality,” says President and COO Willis R. Conner. “This company is filled with amazing people who do incredible things that make a big difference in our community. As a result, American Structurepoint is becoming known for the good things we do.”
