American Structurepoint is providing architecture, landscape architecture, and structural engineering services for a proposed 3-story, 118-unit senior living facility providing independent living, assisted living, and memory care in Franklin, Indiana. Our design provides user-centric, sustainable, and hospitality-driven alternatives in an urban farmhouse setting to the institutional model of senior living healthcare. Amenities include a theater room, activity-based destinations, a wellness hub, an internet café/bistro/bar, social gathering areas and multiple dining options such as restaurant-style, grab-and-go, and dining on demand. All aspects of the facility are designed for a continuum-of-care model where residents can age in place while enjoying a high-end, amenity-packed environment.
