Bloomington Hotel and Event Center Conceptual Design

American Structurepoint provided architectural design services for a conceptual design package for a proposed 175-room branded hotel and a 20,000-sft event center located in Bloomington, Indiana. The site was proposed to be at the corner of West 3rd Street and South College Avenue to provide connectivity to the historic Monroe County Convention Center across South College Avenue. A parking structure was also proposed to accommodate the displaced surface parking in this area of downtown Bloomington.
