Nashville Tennessee Hotel Development Feasibility Study

American Structurepoint conducted a feasibility study for a new high-rise, high-profile hotel with first-class amenities and possible retail in the growing city of Nashville, Tennessee. The proposed site is part of the south side of downtown Nashville’s Broadway call SoBro. Our team studied the density of the proposed site at Fourth Avenue South and Peabody Street to take advantage of connectivity and visibility into downtown Nashville.
