Western Reserve Road Improvements, PH. I/II

American Structurepoint is providing construction administration and inspection services for the $16 million Western Reserve Road Phase I and II Improvements. The ODOT District 4 LPA project includes extensive roadway improvements to widen the existing pavement, install curb, improve drainage (including extensive culvert construction), improve intersection radii geometry, install signal upgrades, and provide new traffic control features with critical attention to a phased maintenance-of-traffic (MOT) scheme minimizing impacts to businesses and residents.
