16Tech Parking Structure

American Structurepoint is providing architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering, and land surveying services for the design and construction of a new parking structure at the 16 Tech Innovation District on the northwest edge of downtown Indianapolis. The innovation district builds upon the unique entrepreneurial, corporate, and university research assets in downtown Indianapolis. The 5-level parking structure will provide a long-term parking solution for the 50-acre district. Our firm’s design provides 655 parking spaces while accommodating the possibility of a future horizontal expansion to increase capacity in upwards of 975 parking spaces. The firm’s services also include assisting the construction manager in the bidding and procurement phase, and administering the contract between the owner and contractor during the construction phase. Completion is scheduled for spring 2022.
