American Structurepoint provided architectural design, interior design, and structural engineering services for a combination short-stay rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma developed by the Leo Brown Group. The building program consists of 60 private short-stay rehabilitation beds and 42 semi-private and private long-term skilled nursing beds. The facility features hospitality-driven amenities appealing to baby boomers who seek more individuality and wellness options in senior living. The facility includes access to restaurant-style dining at a variety of scales and locations, a café bistro, a salon, social gathering areas, and activity-based destinations. The 42 long-term beds are housed in two households where the residents share communal living, dining, and country kitchen areas to create a sense of being home. Our architectural services included programming and conceptual design, schematic design, design drawings, and construction documents.
