This $12 million, 123,000-sft, 3-story medical office building is co-located with a single-story retail building on the 11.5-acre site. The core and shell is constructed of structural load-bearing precast panels. The front and rear center sections incorporate curved panels with aluminum curtain wall. The front entry is recessed and a covered drive-thru is located at the rear entrance. The wood paneled and ceramic tile lobby running through the first floor between the two main entrances and elevators provides an inviting atmosphere. Wayfinding within the building is enhanced with the use of interactive directories.
