Veterans Affairs PACU Renovation, Northern Indiana Health Care System

American Structurepoint provided architecture, structural engineering, and medical planning for the 10,000-sft, $2.32 million renovation of the third floor east wing of Building 1. The renovation includes a new waiting/reception area for clinical and same day surgery, pre-op/phase II recovery area for same day surgery, ENT clinical suite, clinical exam suite, podiatry and prosthetic suite, and a new gastrointestinal suite that includes pre-op/phase ii recovery, two endoscopy procedure rooms, and scope storage room. The project was designed to meet LEED Silver for healthcare.
