Doubletree Hotel and Lawrenceburg Event Center

American Structurepoint’s architects designed the new Lawrenceburg Event Center to activate Lawrenceburg’s urban core and reinforce the historical fabric of this river community. The complex includes a 114,000-sft, 2-story, 1,500-seat performance space and event center with three large ballrooms, six meetings rooms, and generous prefunction and lobby spaces. The complex also includes a 9-story, 168-room hotel with an abundance of amenities and stunning views of the Ohio River. The architectural style, with sweeping cantilevered roof elements and an exterior containing brick, stone, metal panel, and generous areas of glass, looks toward the future while still paying homage to the community’s cultural heritage.
