Meander Wastewater Treatment Plant Evaluation and Stress Test

Meander, Ohio

American Structurepoint is developing a capital improvement plan and treatment system evaluation of the Meander wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The WWTP was constructed in the 1970s, and several of the original treatment processes are now obsolete or nearing the end of its useful life. For example, the multiple-hearth sludge incineration process and tertiary filtration systems have been taken off-line and can likely be repurposed to accomplish the desired treatment objectives. The American Structurepoint investigative team will perform the structural condition assessment of this facility, including other treatment process units and building superstructures to assist in determining the optimal solution.
