Mill Run Road

This Federal/State Funding Exchange project for the Richland County Engineer's office is removing and replacing a bridge on Mill Run Road over a branch of the Mohican Clear Fork River. The structure is being replaced with a 3-sided aluminum box culvert. American Structurepoint is handling all facets of management and inspection of this project. Like the replacement of WYA-016-10.99 project, work within an active waterway is a key feature of this project. Special care was provided to ensure all work was completed above the ordinary high-water mark, in full compliance with the approved NEPA document. Our team's attention to detail ensures that all project documentation is kept up-to-date and that thorough communication is maintained with the Richland County Engineer's office.
