Oregon Road Improvements (WOO-CR 107-1.73)

American Structurepoint provided full construction administration and inspection services for the Oregon Road (CR 107) improvements. This ODOT District 2 LPA project was constructed in 2021 and included 3.4 miles of milling and paving, full-depth pavement repairs, sidewalk and ADA curb ramp installations, signal controller, push button and pedestrian signal head upgrades, drainage improvements, signing, and pavement marking. This project was located in an area consisting of multiple distribution centers, commercial retailers, and residential communities; therefore, maintaining traffic and communication to area stakeholders was of utmost importance. We conducted the preconstruction and progress meetings, performed all inspection tasks, tested concrete, verified proper signal installations, wrote change orders, generated timely pay estimates, conducted prevailing wage and CUF interviews, and provided a complete ODOT LPA documentation package at project completion.
