The units are built into the rolling hills of a 16-acre property overlooking Carriage Hill Metro Park. In Huber Heights, a Dayton-area suburb. Parkview features luxury apartments, townhouses, and carriage homes and includes amenities such as a clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, and community garden. Land surveying services consisted of boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys of the entire property and construction staking.
